The video was shared on Friday, December 29th. In the video, the actor wished everyone a happy New Year and talked about his decision to stop drinking. He said, “Hello there, Happy New Year to you all! All of you having fun and drinking, it’s wonderful!”

The actor started his journey to stop drinking in December 1975. He encouraged fans who might be going through similar things to seek help, just like he did. He also shared, “Happy New Year, have a great time. If you get a hangover, remember me. I don’t get them anymore because 48 years ago today, I stopped. I got help for it, and my life changed. I don’t envy you having fun out there, but if you need help, there’s a time. Life is in session. Go for it.”
